Managing Director

Wendy McHugh is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is also qualified as a teacher. She has worked in the private, public and commercial sectors and has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of HR. Wendy was awarded the HR Star of the Year in recognition of her professional HR contribution to Guernsey. Wendy is qualified as a Mediator and holds a certificate for Coaching in the Workplace. Wendy delivers all of our HR consultancy services and regularly holds HR seminars along with local employment lawyers.
